Feeling lacking in motivation and fancy getting into shape mentally and physically for Christmas? Why don’t you join me for 60 days of mindful movement, beginning this week? Mindful movement can be anything from taking a walk to your daily yoga practice, swimming, running, or a bike ride. Just keep moving and being mindful of what you’re doing or if you’re outside, your surroundings. Only rule is that whilst you’re exercising you’re thinking about it and not your to do list!
